Buckingham palace issues statement on Prince Andrew as he’s served notice to leave Royal Lodge

King Charles III has formally begun the process of removing Prince Andrew’s royal titles and honours, and Andrew has been ordered to vacate Royal Lodge. This follows Andrew’s announcement that he would give up his titles amid renewed scrutiny over his ties to Jeffrey Epstein, allegations he continues to deny. Buckingham Palace confirmed that his lease has been terminated and he will relocate to privately funded accommodation on the Sandringham Estate. Moving forward, he will no longer be styled as a prince and will instead be known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
